Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return must be initiated within this period to be eligible.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
• Electrical items, tools, and propellers are only returnable if packaging is unopened and manufacturer seals are intact.
• Outboard engines are non-returnable.
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number, contact our customer support with your order number and photos of the item(s).
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
• Use the RA number on the shipping label or clearly on the outside of the package.
Processing Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs for the original order (if fully returned) may be deducted, and a restocking fee of 20% may apply to specific product categories:
• Electrical items (opened)
• Fuel pumps (opened)
• Lower units (opened)
• Propellers (opened)
Damaged or Short Items
If an item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect or missing product, notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will assist in shipping replacements promptly.
